very nice staff, love the typical thrift store vibes, and there is a great assortment of clothes, shoes and jewelry :) the prices are also astoundingly low for being in central Utrecht!! with prices for jeans being around 7,50€ and tops ranging from 3-6€
Staff are rude and dismiss any questions about personal advice. When standing still to compare items with one another I was met with a judging "ahem" to try and get me to move. They hung up on me in a call and wouldn't answer unles called from a different number at a different time.The prices are reasonable but if customer service is this bad I won't say it's worth your time.
Second hand shop with some nice furniture if you're lucky. They have a large collection of classical records and rows of Dutch and English books for a small price. Definitely worth a visit if you like to go thrifting.

Like it is with thriftstores sometimes you don't find anything, sometimes you find gold. I like how organized the place is. Found some good books!
