Season 5 in Diablo 4 goes Live on Tuesday 6 August 2024 6pm BST / 1pm EDT / 10am PDT as per Blizzard post.

Diablo 4 Battle Pass Rewards for Season 5

The Season 5 Battle Pass begins on August 6, 10 a.m. PT and hosts 90 Reward Tiers:

  • 28 Free Tiers.

  • 62 Premium Tiers.

Smoldering Ashes earned from the *Free Tiers can be spent on Season Blessings similar to the Seasons before.

There are two new Blessings for Season 5:

  • Urn of Spoils: Boost the chance to receive a Legendary Item from Spoils of Hell chests, found while fighting Infernal Hordes.

  • Urn of Abyssal Knowledge: Boost the chance to receive an Abyssal Scroll from Spoils of Hell chests, found while fighting the Infernal Hordes.

The bonuses gained from the five Season Blessings only last until the end of Season 5

Diablo 4 Battle Pass Types

FREE Battle Pass

The standard Battle Pass is available for every player and consists in 23 Free Tiers:

Free Battle Pass Rewards
20x Smoldering Ashes 1x Mount Trophy
5x Armor Cosmetics 1x Town Portal
5x Weapon Transmogs 1 x Mastery Title

Premium Battle Pass

If you get the Premium Battle Pass, you get the Free Tiers + Awoken Archenemy Armor Sets Awoken Archenemy Barding Mount Armor, Awoken Aetheric Steed Mount, and Soul Brazier Mount Trophy, and Platinum. These all unlock at level 90.

The Premium Battle Pass is available to buy for 1000 Platinum or 8.39£ and hosts 90 Reward Tiers, including 62 Premium Tiers:

19x Weapons Transmogs 2x Titles
4x Headstones 700 Platinum

If you decide to buy the Accelerated Seasonal Battle Pass, you’ll also receive 20 Tier Skips and the Wings of Hell’s Legion Emote on top of everything else mentioned previously.

The Accelerated Battle Pass is available to buy for 2800 Platinum or 20.99£ and hosts 90 Reward Tiers, including:

  • 20 Tier Skips

  • Infernal Birthright Emote

Diablo 4 Season 5 Seasonal Journey Rewards

The Seasonal Journey is divided into Chapters with specific tasks to complete.

The Season Journey rewards new Legendary Aspects, and 3 Scrolls of Amnesia, which provide a free Skill Tree and Paragon Board reset and Favor—the resource used to climb through the Battle Pass’ Tiers (also found in other aspects of the game) and Cosmetics.

Chapter 1 Rewards

  • First Journey Cache – Contains Consumables, such as Elixirs and Murmuring Obols.

  • First Journey Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Herbs and Gem Fragments.

  • First Journey Equipment Cache – Contains a Legendary Weapon, Gloves, and Amulet for your class.

Chapter 2 Rewards

  • Second Journey Cache – Contains a Temper Manual and Consumables, such as Elixirs and Baneful Hearts.

  • Second Journey Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Herbs and Veiled Crystals.

  • Second Journey Equipment Cache – Contains a Legendary Weapon, Pants, and Ring for your class.

Chapter 3 Rewards

  • Third Journey Cache – Contains Consumables, such as Sigil Powder and Baneful Hearts.

  • Third Journey Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Veiled Crystals and Forgotten Souls.

  • Third Journey Equipment Cache – Contains a Legendary Weapon, Chest Armor, and Boots for your class.

  • Third Journey Summoning Cache – Contains Summoning Materials to challenge Bosses in World Tier III: Nightmare.

Chapter 4 Rewards

  • Fourth Journey Cache – Contains a Temper Manual and Consumables, such as Profane Mindcages and a Scroll of Amnesia.

  • Fourth Journey Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Veiled Crystals and Forgotten Souls.

  • Fourth Journey Equipment Cache – Contains a Legendary Weapon, Helm, and Ring for your class.

  • Fourth Journey Summoning Cache – Contains Summoning Materials to challenge Bosses in World Tier IV: Torment.

Chapter 5 Rewards

  • Slayer's Cache – Contains Consumables, such as Runeshards and a Scroll of Amnesia

  • Slayer's Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Obducite and Scattered Prism

  • Slayer's Equipment Cache – Contains two Ancestral Legendaries and an Ancestral Unique for your class.

  • Slayer's Summoning Cache – Contains Summoning Materials to challenge Bosses in World Tier IV: Torment.

Chapter 6 Rewards

  • Champion's Cache – Contains a Temper Manual and Consumables, such as Runeshards and Scrolls of Amnesia.

  • Champion's Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Ingolith and Scattered Prisms.

  • Champion's Equipment Cache – Contains two Ancestral Legendaries and an Ancestral Unique for your class.

  • Champion's Summoning Cache – Contains Stygian Stones and other Summoning Materials to challenge Tormented Echo Bosses.

Chapter 7 Rewards

  • Destroyer's Cache – Contains Consumables, such as Runeshards and Scrolls of Amnesia.

  • Destroyer's Crafting Cache – Contains Crafting Materials, such as Neathiron and Scattered Prisms.

  • Destroyer's Equipment Cache – Contains two Ancestral Legendaries and two Ancestral Uniques for your class.

  • Destroyer's Summoning Cache – Contains Stygian Stones and other Summoning Materials to challenge Tormented Echo Bosses.
